Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026.
Government photo ID is mandatory
Every customer and receiving person must be at least 19 years old, and valid government photo ID must be shown at the door before a Dorchester-area order can be released.
Submission does not complete a sale
The online form communicates a request, not a completed purchase; dispatch follows the customer's approval of confirmed availability, pricing and an estimated arrival window.
Availability, prices and deal illustrations
Supplier availability and prices may change before confirmation, and the displayed sample deals are examples only, with any applicable offer and the resulting item total requiring confirmation by text.
Estimated arrivals and order value
About 45 minutes after confirmation is typical rather than guaranteed, a $40 minimum applies, delivery is free over $80 and routes operate daily from 9am to 11pm.
COD settlement at your address
Customers pay the confirmed amount COD on arrival, with payment completed at the delivery handoff rather than through an online card transaction.
Responsible consumption and contact
Use cannabis responsibly, prevent access by children and pets and never operate a vehicle impaired; questions about these terms are accepted at [email protected].
